Tell about all tools and equipment used in the job.8.Discuss on hazard related to the tools and tell what are the prevention measures,9.Discuss on previous incidents,10. If possible show videoclip in week.11. Introduce some examples for better understanding of hazards and their harm.12 Do not forget to ask suggestion of workers safety, 13.Appreciate them whose behavior is good in safety.14.Give chance to workers to tell any queries and problem regarding safety.
Work to permit: A work permit is a written record issued by authorized personal permitting a specific task for specific time frame on defined area.Types of work permit: Work permit is simply categories in 3 types depending on the nature of hazards.1.Hot work(Red), welding,Cutting, Grinding etc,2.Cold work (Blue), Excavation,painting,casting etc, 3. Heigh risk (Orance), heavy lifting, Stacking etc.Validity of work permit: Hot Work Permit: Valid for 24 hours if there is no changes happens in 24 hours.Cold work permit: Valid for 3 to 7 days if there is no changes 3 to 7 days. High risk permit:Valid for a single work new permit will issue for next.

The safety induction program is a medium to introduce the new workers about the site or workplace. The safety induction program is very important for new workers/employees, in this induction program, new workers/employees are given information about the site/workplace. In this program, the workers are told about the work to be done on the site and what is the danger/hazard in that work and their safety measures, what are the safety regulations on the worksite, first-Aid station location, Fire station, Emergency contact number, emergency assembly point, etc.

Area should be completely covered to prevent sparks from coming outside, Welding booth, Fire Extinguisher, Fire Blanket, Trained Fire watcher, Double eye protection( safety Google & Face Shield), Leather Gloves Apron, Hearing Protection( Ear plug or Ear muffs)
Confined Space: Limited access & egress, Partially enclosed area where oxygen deficiency or oxygen enrichment, Accumulate flammable gases or Vapor, It is not designed for continuous human Occupancy, work: Inspection, Cleaning, Maintenance, Repair, Hazards: Presences of toxic gases, Fire & Explosion, Poor ventilation, Poor Illumination, Oxygen deficiency, Oxygen enrichment, Improper access & egress, Suffocation, Extreme Temperatures. PWT, Permit to confined Space, Confined Space Entry training, Gas Testing should be done by AGT( Authorized Gas Tester), Hole watcher with entry exit log sheet, Regular Communication with entrants, Proper ventilation, Proper Illumination(24 v lights), Proper Access & egress, Emergency Rescue Plan, Emergency Rescue Equipment.

Lifting: Tools and Equipment Transferring one place to another place. kinds of Lifting: Simple lift less than 20 tones. Heavy lift more than 20 tones. Critical lift Using Crane capacity above 80% of SWL. Hazards of Lifting: Suspended load, Crane collapse, Fall of load, Damages tools & Tackles, Improper Signaling, Uneven Ground Conditions, Adjacent/nearby Structure, Overhead Power lines, Mechanical Failure, Improper Rigging and uncontrolled movement of load. Precautions: Permit to work, Lifting plan, Daily Inspections, Barricading & sign boards, Third Party Inspection & color coding of crane, Tools & tackles, Third party Certified Crane operator, riggings supervisor & riggers only, Trained & approved rigger shall give the signal, Crane shall be positioned from the adjacent structure & overhead power lines, Preventive maintenance of the crane, Do not stay under the suspended load, Outriggers shall be completely extended, Safety devices such as Anti two block, Two taglines shall be used, Crane should be positioned on the level ground.

Watch the area. if the fire re-ignite repeat steps2-4.
